Refund/Return would be applicable in the following cases :
- Wrong item is sent- If the Model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, We offer a full replacement/refund as requested by the customer. It should be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images or videos. However for Machines, Tools, Equipment,Spares or Accessories the color of the product might vary depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.
- Item Damage - In case there is damage to the product, We offer a full Replacement or Refund whatever is requested by the customer. However the damage has to be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos or videos.
- Defective Product Received - In case of a defective product, We offer full Refunds, Replacement or Availability of Spare parts/Missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images or videos.
- City Tools offers a full refund in case the cancellation request is made before the dispatch of the product.
- In case of Cancellation requests after the product has been dispatched, a courier fee would be deducted for shipments . If the assured delivery date has been missed, City Tools would offer a full refund.

Refund Process
- In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
- In case of cash on delivery, we will only initiate an NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. In that case City Tools required your bank account details such as Bank name, Account name and number, IFSC code etc...
It usually takes 5-10 working days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
